Rosemary has always had an interest in people and what makes them act in the ways they do. Over the years, she has worked on her own self-development as well as helping others in an unofficial capacity by actively listening and supporting them in a way that was helpful to them. During her professional career, as a manager and an adviser, working at a strategic and neighbourhood level, Rosemary provided guidance, motivation and support to people from a variety of backgrounds, helping them to achieve their desired goals. Having experienced for herself the power of the unconscious mind for healing Rosemary realised how hypnotherapy and Neuro-linguistic Programming could help others to achieve significant positive changes in their lives, too.
She feels privileged to have been able to acquire hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner skills to enable her to be able to do that.
Rosemary trained with Denise Collins a Hypnotherapy Association and General Hypnotherapy Register approved trainer at Hypno UK and at Know-More-Training, in Chelmsford, Essex. She has also received specialist training with 2 doctors who are neuroscience specialists, having their own hypnotherapy clinics, as well as lecturing on medical hypnotherapy and the neurophysiological aspects of Hypnosis. As a result, she holds specialist certificates in respect of positive birthing and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She also holds a specialist certificate in smoking cessation (using a mixture of hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). Rosemary is a member of 2 other professional organisations, in addition to the HA, namely, the General Hypnotherapy Register and the Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioners. Testimonials from clients describe her as a warm and caring professional whom they can trust. She identifies the issues and structures treatment accordingly and that has made a profound difference to their lives.
